Texas is a rich state so Dallas is full of businesses and top of the line everything, roads, highways, shopping centers, restaurants, medical care. After traveling to other states I realized that there is money invested in texas just by looking at their cities, parks, roads and nice buildings.
Like I mention before the only reason why we are not staying for a long time is the weather. Usually on winter is very cold and summer very hot and humid, the days you can be out and about are limited thought the year. You get used to it for sure but now the motorhome is not used to it yet. The breaker popped for the first time by itself (well is the first time the airconditioner runs 24/7 for a couple of days) luckily we were home if not we would have had a dad cat. During our stay we tried to go back home after so many hours or to take the animals with us.
We stayed at a lake named Lavon lake east of Allen TX, the lake water was low because is a drought time, almost a record of many days in a high temperature and the lack of raining doesn’t help either, you can see in the highway sighs for traffic a message asking to conserve water since is a drought time.
We were busy during this visit. I was visiting friends and family and Mark talking care of business, working on motorhome and talking care of the registration which was the main reason we had to go back to Dallas.
We scheduled our time in Dallas to when my dad was going to be in town. We also celebrated my brother’s bday little early since my dad was there, I had so much fun playing laser tag, walking in the gravity ropes and most of all, sharing all this with the people I love. Like my family doctor once said, no matter how beautiful the landscapes are you will always try to return home to your family.
Once we were done Mark could wait to be in Colorado. I DROVE for about three hours, can you believe it! and from there Mark drove about seven hours until we got to colorado and meanwhile I slept oooops 
I am spoiled.

Texas es un estado rico así que Dallas esta lleno de negocios y lo mejor en todo: caminos, carreteras, estadios, centros comerciales, restaurantes, asistencia medica. Después de viajar a otros estados, me di cuenta de que hay mucho dinero invertido en Texas, con sólo mirar sus ciudades, parques, carreteras y edificios padres.
Como mencione anteriormente, la única razón porque no nos vamos a quedar por mucho tiempo es el clima. Usualmente en invierno es muy frio y en verano es muy caluroso y húmedo, los días que puedes disfrutar afuera al aire libre son limitados a lo largo del anio. Claro que te acostumbras pero por lo pronto nuestra casa rodante no se ha acostumbrado todavia. El interruptor de energia se boto sin ninguna razon (bueno es la primera vez que el aire acondicionado estaba prendido día y noche por un par de días) y es la primera vez que esto pasa, lo bueno es que estábamos en la casa si no hubiéramos tenido un gato muerto. Durante nuestra estancia tratamos de volver a la casa después de algunas horas o nos llevábamos a los animales con nosotros.
Nos quedamos en un lago llamado Lavon ubicado al este de Allen TX, el agua del lago estaba poco baja porque ha sido tiempo de sequía, ya casi se obtiene un récord de altas temperaturas por muchos días consecutivos y el que no llueva no ayuda tampoco, en las vías rápidas o calles vemos los letreros de trafico con el mensaje de que la gente conserve el agua porque es tiempo de sequía.
Durante esta visita estuvimos muy ocupados. Yo estuve visitando a mi familia y amigos y Mark se encargo de su negocio, arreglo algo de la transmision de la casa y se hizo cargo de registrar la casa en texas la cual fue la razon principal por la que venimos a Dallas.
Programamos nuestra visita a dallas para coincidir con la estancia de mi padre en Dallas. También celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hermano aprovechando que mi papa estaba ahí, me divertí mucho jugando láser tag, caminando en las cuerdas y sobre todo, compartiendolo con la gente que mas quiero. Como mi medico general me dijo un día, no importa que tan hermosos sean los paisajes, siempre trataras de volver a casa con tu familia.
My dad was great he took me to every place I needed to go driving in the Dallas metroplex all day for two days THANK YOU FATHER! he spend a night at the motorhome I think he can see the potential of having one, you have freedom to go wherever you want and having the right technology you can always work from home have the comodidad of a house with tv, kitchen and restroom and at the same time being able to have breakfast with me outside enjoying the lake and getting a fresh breeze from the water of the lake.
Mi padre fue genial me llevo a todo lugar que necesitaba ir y manejo todo el metroplex todo el día, durante dos días por mi GRACIAS PADRE! el se quedo una noche en mi casa rodante y yo creo que se dio cuenta del potencial de tener una casa rodante, tienes la libertad de ir a donde sea y teniendo la tecnología adecuada puedes trabajar desde casa teniendo la comodidad de una casa como televisión, cocina y baño y al mismo tiempo poder desayunar conmigo afuera disfrutando del lago con la brisa fresca de agua del lago.
Una vez que terminamos lo que teníamos que hacer en Dallas Mark no podía esperar a llegar a Colorado. Yo MANEJE como por tres horas, pueden creerlo! y de ahí Mark manejo como siete horas hasta que llegamos a Colorado mientras yo dormía upppppss si que estoy chiple.
